Design development involves the visual layout, incorporating a mix of retail spaces and interactive elements within the shopping street, and designing the open plaza to accommodate flexible uses such as events, leisure, and social gatherings. Accessibility and inclusivity are prioritized, ensuring that the space is welcoming and usable by everyone. The open plaza will include flexible spaces for community events, performances, and markets. Design elements such as a central stage, water features, and public art will enrich the cultural and social life of the area.  Use of native plants and trees to create a lush, green environment  that provides shade and visual interest.  This architectural concept aims to create a cohesive, dynamic urban environment that enhances the quality of life for its users while supporting the local economy and promoting sustainable practices.
